Aurelio Fuentes is the Co-Founder & Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, where he focuses on executing the firm’s strategic efforts and Key Account Management. He supports the firm’s clients by advising on Puerto Rico financial incentives optimization and access to non-dilutive incentives. With over 25 years of experience in different industries, such as banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, software, information technology, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, waste management, and cybersecurity, Mr. Fuentes brings extensive expertise to his role at DECA Analytics.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fuentes has a proven track record of advising numerous companies on creating and implementing out-of-the-box initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations that have generated new revenue streams and increased profitability. He has worked closely as a liaison between the public and private sectors, supporting business owners, C-Suite executives, and local and federal government agencies on strategic initiatives within Puerto Rico.

Aurelio has a Double Major BBA with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing, and minors in Mathematics, Chemistry, and HR from UT and UPRRP. Additionally, he holds several certifications in HAZMAT, HAZWOPER, CBRN, and Environmental Audits. With his diverse experience and expertise, Mr. Fuentes continues to make a significant contribution to the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

 

Colton Wandke is the Co-Founder & Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, where he focuses on executing the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives for clients. With significant expertise in transaction advisory and non-dilutive capital structuring, Mr. Wandke leads the firm’s tax credit, grants, and debt financing programs.

Before co-founding DECA Analytics, Mr. Wandke worked in investment banking and private equity, where he gained significant industry experience in the financial services industry. In his prior roles, he led numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and participated in debt and equity capital raises for clients focusing on the Life Sciences and Technology industries.

Mr. Wandke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and the designation of CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst). With his diverse expertise and experience in the financial services industry, he continues to drive the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

James Pérez, Ph.D., is Director of Innovation & Scientific Advisor at DECA Analytics, where he leverages his deep expertise in the research and development (R&D) tax credit program to build incentive strategies. He supports DECA Analytics’ efforts to combine industry-leading R&D tax credit claims execution with incentive strategies that deliver measurable business and economic development outcomes.

James’ career spans more than two decades at the intersection of science, industry, and economic development, including 17 years at the Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development and Commerce, where he managed the industrial R&D program, a portfolio of innovation incentives that included cash grants, R&D tax credits, and industrial tax exemptions. He developed and implemented the program’s incentive certification processes, successfully certifying approximately $100 million in incentives annually over 14 years with no legal or audit challenges. His leadership and program revisions helped expand Puerto Rico’s software and technology sector and strengthen the global competitiveness of the manufacturing sector by enabling investment in cutting edge and emerging technologies. He also collaborated across government, industry, and academia to advance technology driven economic development initiatives, supporting a region with more than 40 high technology operations across life sciences, aerospace, information technology, and other
sectors. 

Prior to public service, James’ professional background included management, technical support for manufacturing operations, and industrial R&D in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University. His broad experience and expertise in industrial innovation, technology-led public policy, government incentives procurement processes, and Puerto Rico’s unique R&D tax credit program contribute strongly to DECA Analytics’ most impactful services and initiatives.

Keishla has over 15 years of experience as an educator and university professor at various educational institutions and universities in Puerto Rico and has been responsible for their strategic planning, accreditation processes and grant writing. She was the Director of the Center for Innovation and Technology at the Puerto Rico Small Business Development Centers (PR SBDC) and also managed the Puerto Rico Innovation and Entrepreneurship Assistance Program (PRidea), a grant from the Small Business Administration (SBA) Federal and State Technology Partnership (FAST) program, for which she was the primary proposal writer —a grant that had not been awarded to Puerto Rico since 2015. As Director of the Center, Keishla leveraged her experience in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs to provide assistance to entrepreneurs and researchers to further develop their innovations and commercialize their products. She also provides support and training to entrepreneurs, researchers, business counselors and different organizations in areas such as SBIR fundamentals, how to write a competitive SBIR proposal, cybersecurity, commercialization process, business planning for tech companies, intellectual property, patents, nontraditional forms of acquiring capital for your business, among others. Keishla also serves as a reviewer for the National Science Foundation’s SBIR programs.

Yolanda González is the Director of Finance & Principal at DECA Analytics, LLC, where she focuses on overseeing the firm’s finances and investments, in addition to implementing non-dilutive incentives strategies for clients. With extensive years of experience working in different areas of accounting and finance within both the public and private sectors, Yolanda brings significant expertise to her role at DECA Analytics.

Yolanda has served as the Chief Financial Officer of multiple renewable energy companies in Puerto Rico. Prior to moving back to Puerto Rico, she was a Corporate Senior Accountant in a Fortune 500 corporation based in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to Title Insurance and Investments. Throughout her career, Yolanda has worked as a Controller and Manager in a multitude of industries with a demonstrated successful career, bringing vast amounts of experience and operational knowledge to clients.

Yolanda holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. With her diverse experience and expertise, she continues to play a critical role in the financial success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

Maya Dunne is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded and led successful ventures such as Valet Seller and Discount Trends. She has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. As an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, Maya has established herself as a driving force in the realms of start-ups, SaaS, commerce, real estate, and business strategy. With a disciplined approach to innovation and leadership, she has consistently delivered exceptional results and garnered recognition for her achievements.

As a motivated leader, Maya excels at building and maintaining successful client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. Her accomplishments have been further underscored by her inclusion in esteemed lists such as the Forbes Next 1000 Class of 2021 and Forbes 30 Under 30. In her current role, Maya continues to drive innovation and excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Maya holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, further underscoring her expertise and dedication to excellence. Her passion for entrepreneurship, coupled with her proven track record of success, positions her as a valuable asset in the Deca Analytics team.

John Pelling is the Director of Capital Markets at DECA Analytics, LLC where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s capital market activities. Prior to joining DECA Analytics, LLC, Mr. Pelling worked at Arctis Global, a hedge fund in San Juan, Puerto Rico from 2021 to 2023. His responsibilities included covering financials with a specific focus on the US bank sector and various agricultural commodities, providing support to portfolio managers with regard to various other special situation studies, and frequently communicating with management teams, research analysts, and investors.

Before his time with the hedge fund, he served as Capital Planning & Investor Relations Officer for First BanCorp. in San Juan, Puerto Rico from 2012 to 2021. His responsibilities included overseeing the Capital Plan and Dodd Frank Annual Stress Test (DFAST), led the analysis of special projects and strategic initiatives relating to capital planning, merger and acquisition opportunities, and loan sales/divestitures. Prior to First BanCorp., Mr. Pelling served as Director of Financial Institutions Group and Investor Relations at Bayview Asset Management, a hedge fund in Miami, Florida, where he was responsible for business development, investor relations, and capital raising for the Bayview Funds, client relationship management, and business development.

Mr. Pelling’s career began in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of SunTrust Equitable Securities, where he applied financial theory and valuation principles for numerous financial advisory engagements. He continued to develop his expertise, working as a Senior Associate in Investment Banking for FTN Financial Securities and later at Friedman Billings Ramsey Group in New York City, where he was involved in the origination and execution of public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as valuations for banks, thrifts, and specialty finance companies.

Mr. Pelling graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Mr. Pelling has a wealth of experience in capital markets and financial services, making him a valuable asset to DECA Analytics, LLC.

Fernando J. Herrera is the Director of Capital Markets at DECA Analytics, where he leads the firm’s strategy in structuring and executing financing solutions, investor engagement, and capital markets initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in Puerto Rico’s banking sector, Fernando has built deep expertise in lending, credit risk, risk management, business development, and the launch of innovative financial products.

During his career at a publicly traded, FDIC‑insured bank, he successfully managed examinations from both federal and local regulators, ensuring strong underwriting practices and disciplined loan management. His ability to balance regulatory oversight with market opportunities has positioned him as a trusted leader in capital markets.

Fernando is also a co‑founder of Cacique Capital, a Private Credit Fund established to meet the growing demand for financing in Puerto Rico. The fund addresses critical gaps left by regulated banks constrained by capacity and oversight, providing tailored credit solutions that support economic growth on the island.

He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Leveraging his extensive industry relationships and strategic vision, Fernando continues to drive innovative capital solutions that expand access to financing and strengthen Puerto Rico’s financial ecosystem.

Amanda M. Castillo Casiano, Esq. is an Incentives Advisor at DECA Analytics, LLC. 

Mrs. Castillo-Casiano started her career in the Wealth Management Tax Compliance Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers while she was studying law at night. After graduating she joined Casillas Santiago & Torres, LLC, and several years later, Marichal Hernandez Santiago & Juarbe, LLC, where she mostly focused on strategic tax planning, corporate governance, government compliance and incentives. Prior to joining DECA, she led a team of Researchers in the process of assisting small and medium businesses throughout the US jurisdictions to request the Employee Retention Credit and the Research and Development Credit.

She holds a Bachelors in Science of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (Magna Cum Laude, 2013), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School (Cum Laude, 2017).

Iris Lopez is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience, specializing in HR compliance, organizational development and effectiveness, and strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the HR Director at Deca Analytics, Iris plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success. Her extensive background in managing complex regulatory environments ensures that Deca Analytics adheres to all relevant laws and standards while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Iris’s expertise in HR compliance and risk management is central to her role, where she collaborates closely with legal and risk management teams to navigate the complexities of HR law and mitigate risks within the organization. Her strategic approach to HR leadership is evident in her ability to lead HR transformations, develop talent strategies, and integrate global HR initiatives, all of which contribute to the long-term growth of the companies she has served. A Certified Coach, and Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF), Iris is passionate about talent development and coaching. She excels in identifying employee potential and implementing strategies to nurture and develop talent, making her a trusted partner in guiding teams toward their full potential. Her coaching and conflict resolution skills have been consistently recognized by colleagues, reflecting her empathetic yet results-driven approach to HR management. In her previous roles, Iris has demonstrated a strong focus on change management and organizational development. Her academic background, including her MBA thesis on the "Effect of Organizational Change on Employees," underscores her deep understanding of how change impacts individuals and organizations. She has successfully spearheaded HR transformation projects, leveraging her expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and execution. Iris is also a strong advocate for learning and development, having held a significant leadership position with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Puerto Rico Chapter, as Chapter President. Under her leadership, the chapter was awarded the Membership Superstar Chapter 2019. Her initiative in creating international learning opportunities during the pandemic further showcases her commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Her technological proficiency in HR is another key strength, with a proven track record of optimizing HR technologies and digital tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Iris has led the adoption of platforms like SAP Success Factors and MS Teams, aligning these tools with global standards to enhance collaboration and productivity across HR functions. In addition to her corporate role, Iris is deeply committed to volunteer leadership and community engagement. Her contributions to ATD Puerto Rico and SHRM have not only supported the professional growth of others but have also solidified her reputation as a thought leader in the HR community. Known for her exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, Iris is highly effective in fostering trust-based relationships within organizations. Her ability to connect with others, resolve conflicts, and create positive work environments has been praised by peers and industry leaders alike. Outside of her professional life, Iris is a mentor, speaker, and lifelong learner, dedicated to driving innovation and change within the HR field. Giovanni Rodríguez is the Tax Compliance Manager at DECA Analytics, LLC, where he focuses on overseeing the firm’s tax compliance efforts and supporting clients with comprehensive tax strategies. As a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Puerto Rico Certified Public Accountant’s Society, Mr. Rodríguez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at DECA Analytics.

With extensive experience in various industries, including banking, asset management, and specialty finance, Mr. Rodríguez has a proven track record of managing tax compliance for Fortune 500 clients. His professional journey includes significant roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he handled tax compliance for major clients, and at BasePoint Capital LLC/Advantage Insurance, where he worked with specialty finance and insurance groups. Throughout his career, Giovanni has developed and implemented tax strategies that have optimized tax positions and minimized liabilities for large financial institutions and retail companies. He has played a crucial role in advising clients on tax planning and compliance, helping them navigate the complexities of local and international tax laws.

Giovanni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus and is currently furthering his education by pursuing a law degree at the Inter American University School of Law. His diverse experience and commitment to continuous learning enable him to make significant contributions to the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

Alexandra is an attorney with experience in regulatory compliance, tax incentives, and strategic funding solutions. She began her career in corporate compliance in the banking industry with Santander Bank, assessing adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements.

She later served as Legal Department Director for a boutique consulting firm specializing in financial and strategic solutions, where she focused on startup structuring, Act 60 incentives, legal framework development, and ongoing compliance. In this role, she developed tailored strategies to help businesses access alternative, non -dilutive funding opportunities.

Alexandra also worked in the emergency management sector supporting disaster recovery efforts for Innovative Emergency Management and FEMA, overseeing compliance in the use of federal disaster relief funds.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a Juris Doctor from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.

Carolynn Kaufman López is a Senior Incentives Advisor at DECA Analytics, where she advises on Puerto Rico’s tax incentive programs with a particular focus on Act 60. She brings deep subject-matter expertise in incentive eligibility analysis, tax decree structuring and amendments, compliance strategy, regulatory interpretation, and economic impact evaluation.

Prior to joining DECA Analytics, Carolynn held senior leadership roles at the Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development and Commerce, including serving as Deputy Director at the Office of Incentives for Businesses in Puerto Rico and as Director of the Film Industry Development Program, where she oversaw the evaluation and administration of tax exemption decrees, amendments, and incentive programs, and managed significant public funds supporting economic development initiatives.

Carolynn holds a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude, 2018) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, (Magna Cum Laude, 2015) with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Ms. Trishala Shetty is the Senior Associate & Head of Analytics at DECA Analytics, where she focuses on evaluating strategic opportunities and financing operations. With over 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Shetty brings extensive expertise to her role at DECA Analytics.

Ms. Shetty started her career at J.P. Morgan in the Global Corporate Finance Operations (GCFO) division of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) team, where she created management presentations and deal pitchbooks that were delivered to CEO’s, CFO’s, and Board of Directors of high-profile companies. She also worked as an Accounting Associate at Trishala Enterprises, her family business, where she provided book-keeping assistance and automated the entire accounting and billing process.

For the past four years, Ms. Shetty has been working exclusively in the financial analytics space. Most recently, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at McKenzie and Associates, where she focused on various services including but not limited to corporate valuation analysis, financial modeling, industry research, and preparing presentation materials. Prior to that, Ms. Shetty worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Madison Street Capital (MSC), where she assisted a team of senior analysts on multiple valuation services, M&A, and financial advisory deals.

Ms. Shetty holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Illinois Institute of Technology’s (IIT) Stuart School of Business, Chicago. At IIT, she represented the school in two global competitions, namely, CFA Research Challenge (Chicago Regional Winners) and McGill International Portfolio Challenge (Semi-finalist). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Advanced Accountancy and Finance from the University of Mumbai, Mumbai – India. With her diverse experience and expertise, Ms. Shetty continues to drive the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

Carolina González is an analyst at DECA Analytics, where she plays a crucial role in supporting the company by providing valuable insights based on financial modeling and research. With her extensive knowledge of finance, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence, Carolina has become an integral member of the DECA Analytics team.

Before starting her career with DECA Analytics, Carolina interned as an Assistant to the Senate President, which helped her gain valuable experience in the inner workings of legislative offices. This experience has been valuable in her current position, as it has equipped her with transferable skills such as project management. The experience she gained working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment helped prepare her to adapt quickly to new challenges and effectively navigate complex situations.

Carolina’s responsibilities at DECA Analytics include creating financial models, developing presentations, conducting thorough research to stay informed of market trends and industry developments, and managing projects to ensure that they are completed efficiently and effectively. Her expertise in financial modeling and research has been instrumental in helping DECA Analytics achieve its strategic objectives.

Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bentley University in Massachusetts. Since graduating, she has successfully completed Levels I & II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and is currently a candidate for the final exam. Passing Levels I and II of the CFA exams highlights her strong analytical and investment management skills, as well as her in-depth understanding of financial markets, economics, and accounting. With her expertise and commitment to excellence, Carolina continues to make valuable contributions to the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.

Luis Ortiz is a seasoned tax analyst with a broad background in accounting, auditing, and client advisory. He has managed the accounting needs of high-value health plans, corporate clients, and specialized investments, refining his expertise in providing detailed financial services, including tax return preparation, bookkeeping, and strategic advisory for both businesses and individuals.

Luis’s practical experience spans various industries, from cryptocurrency investments to personal and corporate tax compliance under Puerto Rico’s Act 60 incentives. He is well-versed in the intricacies of complex tax regulations and is committed to delivering exceptional service with a focus on client satisfaction.

Before joining DECA Analytics as a Financial Associate, Christopher Diaz honed his expertise at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt within the Corporate Strategy – FP&A and Business Intelligence Group. There, he led the development of financial models across various business lines, oversaw monthly budgeting processes, and provided variance reports that were crucial for strategic planning.

Previously, Christopher served as an Analyst in Credit Risk Management & Advisory at Goldman Sachs. In this role, he worked closely with Investment Advisors, Legal, and Compliance teams to assess financial performances and update fund metrics, thereby enhancing the firm’s credit risk management and investment strategies.

Christopher’s professional journey in finance began at Loop Capital in Chicago, where, as a Summer Analyst in the Infrastructure Advisory and Public Finance Group, he crafted cash flow models for debt offerings and developed financial analyses for various RFPs.

He further built his foundational finance skills as an intern at Assurance Mezzanine Fund, engaging in direct investments and preparing detailed Investment Committee Memorandums, as well as conducting in-depth transaction analyses.

Christopher is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance.

Sergio Corona Lopez is a Senior Accountant at DECA Analytics LLC, where he oversees and manages day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. He prepares and analyzes financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, manages month-end and year-end closing processes, and provides support during audits by external auditors and regulatory agencies. He develops and implements internal controls and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risks, collaborates with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives, and assists with special projects and ad hoc financial reporting tasks as needed.

Before joining DECA Analytics, Sergio worked as a Senior Accountant and Tax Professional in San Juan, PR, where he managed the month-end accounting close process, day-to-day accounting operations, and annual budget performance. He also drove continuous improvements in the company’s accounting processes and systems and managed the annual audit process. Sergio’s previous experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Autoexpreso, Manager at San Juan Tutor, and Manager at Patisserie Valerie in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He also worked as an Accounting and Tax Manager at Asesores Benavent in Seville, Spain, where he managed several clients, supervised and mentored junior accountants, and ensured timely completion of financial reporting and tax filings.

Sergio holds a master’s degree in Fiscal Consultancy from CEFOEC-Legal Practice School, a master’s degree in management accounting from Pablo Olavide’s University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Wales. He is VITA TCE/IRS Certified and possesses skills in US GAAP and IFRS, financial, tax, expenses planning and analysis, full accounting cycle,

advanced Excel knowledge and is bilingual in Spanish and English. His career objective is to engage in a role that allows for professional growth and innovation, leveraging his global business experience to contribute to the company’s success.

Her expertise was further developed at PWC, applying GAAP in audits and refining audit methodologies. At Accenture Solutions, she contributed significantly to analysis of various expenses, Balance sheet Reconciliation and month end closing procedures.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Carmel College and progressing through Chartered Accountancy (CA) IPCC, Mrs. Sowmya’s educational background solidifies her expertise in financial principles.

Sebastian Serrano Martinez is a finance professional with practical experience in private equity and investment banking. He most recently served as a Public Finance Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Stifel in San Francisco, where he developed detailed debt profiles, conducted refunding and new money issue analyses, and supported the structuring of municipal bond offerings that helped finance infrastructure projects across numerous municipalities in California.

Previously, Sebastian was an Investment Research Intern at Ashford Venture Partners in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In this role, he conducted comprehensive industry research and developed robust financial models, including a 10-year profit and loss model for a prospective roll-up acquisition. He also delivered strategic presentations that informed investment decisions and analyzed historical fund performance using key financial metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, and valuation multiples.

Ryan Díaz-Bonet is a Key Account Manager with a strong foundation in client services, education, and customer-focused industries. Gabriela’s career began at the Office of Students with Functional Diversity where she served as a tutor and annotator, providing essential educational assistance to students with functional diversity. Gabriela later expanded her experience into media production, creating content for independent artists, producers, and companies.

She holds a Communications degree specializing in Journalism and Political Science from the Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Rio Piedras. Her academic excellence has been recognized with numerous awards including the TJMax Youth Business Institute Scholarship granted for leadership, the Premio Conny Varela for high GPA, and admission to the University of Puerto Rico Recinto de Rio Piedras Honor Program.

Andrés Otálora is the Senior Tax Analyst where he is involved in corporate tax management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies, manage compliance for clients, and develop strategies for business optimization.

His professional career starts in one of the Big 4 in the tax area of ​​Colombia, managing to work in different areas such as compliance, consulting, corporate reporting, transfer pricing, among others with different sectors of the economy such as retail, automotive, oil & gas, financial, etc. Later, he had the opportunity to work at IBM Colombia as a Tax Analyst, among his responsibilities were requests for favorable balances in direct and indirect taxes, compliance, corporate reports, consulting, etc.

In his last job experience prior to DECA Analytics, he was working in a shared services center for Diageo in Colombia, where he developed experience in taxes in different Latin American countries such as Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Peru and Paraguay working with different stakeholders around the world. There he also had the opportunity to lead some process improvement projects for cost optimization in Tequila production, and a globally award-winning spin-off project in Mexico. Andrés has a degree in public accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Barcelona in Spain. His strong experience in various tax processes and legislation to fortify DECA Analytics, LLC’s commitment to robust tax management and compliance. His extensive experience in international taxes and projects makes a great contribution to DECA Analytics to strengthen tax management and compliance.

Vidushi Upadhyay has around four years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining DECA Analytics, she worked as an Analyst in the Global Investment Banking (GIB) team at Bank of America, where she developed detailed pitchbooks, conducted valuation analysis using DCF and transaction comparables, and provided strategic insights through financial modeling. She also played a key role in WACC analysis, helping clients optimize their capital structures and investment decisions.

Before that, Ms. Upadhyay was an Associate Consultant at KPMG India, where she worked on risk management strategies in the BFSI sector. She leveraged Python and data-driven approaches to enhance credit scoring models and improve financial decision-making processes. Additionally, she gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners, where she focused on company profiling, financial benchmarking, and transaction comparables in the technology sector.

Ms. Upadhyay holds an MBA from the National Institute of Financial Management (Ministry of Finance – India) and a Masters in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University, India. She has also cleared CFA Level 1.

Jessa May Domingo is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. With a strong background in accounting and auditing, Jessa has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. She began her career as an intern at the Commission on Audit – PEZA, where her responsibilities included preparing bank reconciliations, verifying the accuracy of payroll computations, and maintaining up-to-date files and records. 

Jessa launched her professional career at PWC AC Manila as an Audit Associate, progressing to Audit Analyst. As an Audit Associate, her focus was on the Financial Services Sector.
